Shipping estimates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

Lights by LR is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

Products damaged during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the product and its packaging.

 

7. Custom Orders

Custom-made products, personalized items, and special event designs are created specifically for each customer.

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless otherwise required by law.

 

8. Candle & Home Fragrance Safety

Our candles and fragrance products must be used responsibly.

Customers agree to follow all safety instructions included with each product.

Lights by LR is not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from:

  • Improper candle use

  • Failure to follow safety instructions

  • Leaving candles unattended

  • Improper storage or misuse of fragrance products

Always:

  • Burn candles within sight.

  • Keep away from children and pets.

  • Keep away from flammable materials.

  • Discontinue use before the remaining wax becomes too low.

 

9. Event Decorating Services

Booking an event decorating service reserves our time and resources for your event.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate event details.

  • Obtaining venue approvals when necessary.

  • Ensuring the venue is accessible during scheduled setup and breakdown times.

Any requested changes after confirmation may result in additional fees.

Lights by LR is not responsible for delays or issues caused by venue restrictions, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

 

10. Event Rentals

All rental items remain the property of Lights by LR.

Customers agree to:

  • Return all rental items by the agreed return date and time.

  • Keep rental items in good condition.

  • Protect rented items from theft, damage, or misuse.

Customers may be charged for:

  • Lost items

  • Broken or damaged items

  • Excessive cleaning

  • Missing components

  • Late returns

A refundable security deposit may be required before rental items are released.

Damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in partial or complete forfeiture of the security deposit, along with any additional replacement or repair costs.

 

11. Cancellations

Orders and services may be canceled according to our cancellation policy.

Event decorating and rental reservations may require advance notice for cancellation and may be subject to non-refundable deposits.

 

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

  • Product photographs

  • Designs

  • Graphics

  • Text

  • Branding

  • Marketing materials

is the property of Lights by LR unless otherwise noted.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
